Education

We often hear families ask us, "What More Can I Do?" Once you have a self-care routine in place that provides for your physical, mental, spiritual, financial, emotional and social needs, you may consider taking 10 or 20 minutes each day to take in a podcast or a few pages of our recommended resources. We cannot change a lifetime of experiences in a week or two, but we allow ourselves to feel more and know more. Everyone is different and needs change based on many factors. Think big picture! Together we will:
  • Tackle obstacles/barriers that keep you from healing
  • Support and teach you problem solving skills
  • Set and work on goals to help you progress in your treatment
  • Build lifelong relationships ... a support network.
